Jake and I took a trip to the zoo yesterday, mostly to check-up on all our favorite animals, but also so Jake could use his new camera. (I think he loves that thing more than life itself!) The albino alligator was still there, which was neat because he was awake this time. The baby orangutan, Eve, was still as cute as ever. And we were happy to see the baby giraffe that was born in November. We caught the elephant show this time, starring Dari, who just happens to share my birthday (June 14th).
